Welcome to the WGF08 website. This will be the 4th Winchester Guitar Festival in England's ancient capital. The festival offers guitar enthusiasts of all ages and abilities the opportunity to immerse themselves in a weekend of outstanding concerts, masterclasses, individual tuition and ensemble coaching, not forgetting the festival guitar orchestra in which all participants play.

Course Venue
After our first two successful festivals in 2004 & 05, we out-grew our old venue, and moved to the West Downs Performing Arts Centre at the University of Winchester in 2006. In addition to the unrivalled performance and practice facilities we are delighted to be able to offer full board en-suite accommodation and parking on campus
